We will begin with an in-depth consultation to assess your skin type, concerns, and goals, along with your current skincare routine. A Wood’s lamp analysis will be performed to gain a deeper understanding of your skin condition and determine the most suitable treatment approach.

Please note that in some cases, if the skin barrier is compromised or if there are underlying concerns, we may need to focus on skin preparation first. This may include barrier repair or the use of targeted products (e.g. melanin inhibitors) prior to proceeding with more advanced treatments. In these situations, your initial appointment will focus on consultation and treatment planning, and you may be advised to return for your desired treatment once the skin is properly prepared.

Please ensure consistent daily use of SPF 50+ for AT LEAST 5–7 DAYS PRIOR to your appointment. This helps protect the skin and ensures it is in a safe condition for treatment. Clients with recent sun exposure or compromised skin may require treatment to be adjusted or postponed.

Studex System 75 is an FDA-cleared, needle-free piercing system using single-use, pre-sterilised disposable cartridges for safe, hygienic, and precise placement. The hypoallergenic starter studs are suitable for sensitive ears.

This service is for earlobe piercings only (no cartilage) and can be used for first, second, or third lobe piercings depending on your anatomy and suitability on the day.

Please note:
• Price includes one pair of piercings only (both ears)
• If only one single piercing/stud is requested, the full pair price still applies
• Stud-style jewellery only
• Stud designs are limited to available in-studio stock and are usually simple/classic styles
• Curated ear stacks or multiple piercings can be discussed at your appointment, with pricing adjusted accordingly

Clients must be 18+ only and valid photo ID is required at the appointment.

Piercing may be refused if anatomy is unsuitable, or if there is infection, irritation, significant scar tissue, history of keloid scarring, or any concerns affecting safe healing.

Antiseptic aftercare is applied during your appointment. Aftercare solution may also be available for purchase in studio (subject to stock), otherwise we will advise where to purchase it.

All piercings are performed by our registered pharmacist, certified with Studex in professional ear piercing.

* Topical numbing cream is not included as part of this service. If preferred, clients may purchase their own Emla or topical numbing cream from a pharmacy prior to their appointment and apply it before arrival, following the product instructions.

Emla is typically applied 45–60 minutes before the piercing and covered for best effect.
